What is No Win No Fee
Before formally instructing any solicitor to pursue your claim for Personal Injury damages or for compensation on issues such as Financial Mis-selling of Payment Protection Insurance or challenging the enforceability or other-wise of a Consumer Credit Agreement or any other claims, you need to be totally happy with how your legal costs will be met.

Reynards Solicitors are prepared to act for some clients without charging a fee unless the case is successful, we take a risk that if the case is unsuccessful we may not be able to recover the cost of bringing the case, however if you lose you may be liable for some legal costs, these are in two parts:

Your Opponents Legal Costs
The 'out of pocket' expenditure sometime referred to as disbursements such as fees for reports etc.

Your solicitor can arrange to protect you against this risk by taking out conditional fee insurance or After The Event Insurance.

As the solicitor will not receive any fee if a case is unsuccessful the Law Society rules allows them to charge an additional fee sometimes referred to as a success fee when they do succeed in a case.

In such a situation the solicitor would seek to recover the basic and success fee from your opponent.

The Conditional Fee Agreements will be fully explained including the success fee element, for full details of how CFA's work please click here for the Law Society CFA guidance
